Front side airbags and curtain side airbags are newly available for
2008 in Nissan's oldest SUVs. Pathfinder shares its design with the
QX4 from Nissan's upscale Infiniti Division. It comes in SE and uplevel
LE trim, both with a 3.5-liter V6, mandatory automatic transmission,
and a choice of rear-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive. The SE's 4WD must
be disengaged on dry pavement.
